He is involved in helping homeowners, business owners, and property managers respond to and recover from property damage, with a focus on providing professional restoration services and a high level of customer care.
As an Account Manager and company leader, Erick works closely with clients to understand their property damage, determine the appropriate restoration services, and help guide projects from the initial response through recovery. His areas of expertise include water damage restoration, water mitigation, mold remediation and removal, fire damage restoration, and property recovery.
Erick understands that property damage often happens unexpectedly and can leave property owners unsure about what to do next. His approach is centered on being responsive, providing clear information, and making sure clients have a reliable team to turn to when they need help restoring their property.
His leadership at Rapid Recovery Team also gives him a broad understanding of the restoration process, from emergency response and damage assessment through mitigation, remediation, restoration, and reconstruction. Rapid Recovery Team provides 24/7 emergency restoration services and serves property owners throughout South Florida, with additional operations serving the Tampa and Orlando areas.
Erick believes that property restoration is about more than repairing physical damage. It is about helping people regain control of their homes and businesses after an unexpected event. He takes pride in building a restoration team that property owners can rely on when they need immediate assistance and professional guidance.

The company maintains a Florida Mold Remediator License and General Contractor License, supporting its ability to provide restoration and construction-related services.
